One connected system

From first inquiry to the referral it becomes.

Point tools hand your business back to you as fragments. Aeros runs the whole journey as one coordinated motion — every step recorded, every hand-off explained.

  1. 01LeadAnswered in under a minute, day or night, with consent checked before a word goes out.
  2. 02RelationshipQualified, scored, and nurtured on a cadence that respects quiet hours where your client lives.
  3. 03PropertyPricing bands that show their comps, launch-ready copy screened before anyone sees it.
  4. 04TransactionContract deadlines computed from counsel-reviewed rules and chased before they slip.
  5. 05GrowthClosings become reviews, referrals, and a sphere that stays warm without you carrying it.

Your day, explained

Every recommendation shows its reasons.

Aeros never asks for trust it hasn't earned on screen. Each proposed move carries what was observed, why now, who owns it, and its approval state — so a five-minute morning review from your phone is a real decision, not a rubber stamp.

The workforce

Ten agents. One approval queue. Your name on the door.

This index renders from the live roster inside the software — the page cannot claim more than the product does. Each agent owns one job and answers to the same gate.

A1 Lead Response & QualificationPhase 1 Respond to a new inquiry within 60 seconds, establish timeline, budget, financing status and area, and book an appointment or route to nurture.
A2 Sphere & NurturePhase 1 Keep the past-client and sphere database warm: personalized touches, just-listed/just-sold outreach, anniversaries, review and referral prompts.
A3 Listing IntelligencePhase 2 Produce launch-ready listing material: MLS-compliant copy, staging and shot lists, launch plan.
A4 Marketing StudioPhase 2 Draft the launch campaign for a newly active listing: ad variants, email framing, social calendar.
A5 Showing & SchedulingPhase 1 Resolve availability, propose two or three concrete times, confirm, and put the showing on the calendar with sensible buffers.
A6 Offer & Negotiation SupportPhase 3 Lay out offer strategy options with risk trade-offs — appraisal gap exposure, contingency exposure, timeline feasibility — as choices for the licensed agent.
A7 Transaction OrchestrationPhase 2 Keep the deal moving: chase documents across buyer, seller, lender and title; nudge the responsible party before a deadline, escalate after; keep the client informed weekly.
A8 Post-Close & ReferralPhase 3 Turn a closing into a relationship: 30/90/180-day follow-ups, home-care reminders, vendor introductions, a well-timed review request, and referral prompts routed back to nurture.
A9 Broker Coaching & PerformancePhase 3 Surface agent KPI trends, early signs of a struggling agent, coaching openings, churn risk and recruiting intelligence — as advice to a human manager, never as an automated action.
A10 Compliance & RiskAlways on Not an agent — the gate. Consent, quiet hours, frequency, carrier registration and Fair Housing are checked before any consumer-facing action can run. It cannot be routed around.
Trust, by architecture

Built for the broker who signs, and the carrier who asks.

Every message becomes the broker record — on the state's clock, not a setting.

Regulators require brokers to keep client correspondence — texts included — indexed and immediately retrievable. AI multiplies that correspondence; Aeros retains every word automatically and resolves how long from the governing state, per record. These are the actual figures the software applies:

Retention by state — years the record must survive
TX4MN6NJ6OR6AZ5FL5IL5MD5NV5SC5CO4CA3GA3MI3NC3OH3PA3TN3UT3VA3WA3
Unlisted or silent states default to the 6-year floor — under-retaining is the licence risk, so doubt rounds up.

MLS data, licensed — and provably never harvested.

MLS agreements now prohibit using feed data for AI training — including building embeddings and vector stores. Most vendors answer with a policy. Aeros answers with a document the system generates about itself, per feed, per period:

Generated from the live system — introspected, never written by hand. If the posture ever changed, the next attestation would say so, in writing.
Hard boundaries

What Aeros will never do

Not policies — absences. The tools below do not exist in the system, and the registry refuses to create them. Contracts stay with licensed agents and their counsel; money never moves through us. No prompt and no bug can cross a line the code cannot express.

Rendered from PROHIBITED_TOOL_KEYS — the same constant the software enforces. Anything public-facing additionally requires human approval, permanently.
Pricing

Pay for the seats that produce. Not the roster.

A seat bills only in a month a person actually used Aeros — approvals, reviews, exports, correspondence. Dormant seats cost nothing, so the invoice follows the value and rollout never requires betting on adoption you haven't seen.

Records & Supervision from $500 /mo
+ $4–9 per roster seat
The compliance layer standalone: correspondence capture, per-state retention, broker review clocks, one-click audit export. No AI required to start.
Brokerage · 50–1,000 $4,000–10,000 /mo
+ $49–79 per active seat
Broker command and compliance console, policy floors your teams can't go below, annual agreement with a usage floor.
Enterprise · 1,000+ Let's talk
$29–49 per active seat
Consolidation-replacement pricing against the stack you retire, dedicated database, SSO/SAML, white-label and platform licensing.

Anchor it against what it replaces: an outsourced transaction coordinator runs $300–500 a file; an ISA, $45k+ a year. And one thing Aeros deliberately does not sell — higher autonomy tiers. Safety is never the upgrade.
